三极管生产工艺过程直接影响三极管的质量和特性- 通过产品统计分析与实验研究,找出三极管漏电流异常变化、放大倍数、饱和电压、CE 反向击穿电压、CB 反向击穿电压漂移等特性参数不确定甚至失效的原因,并提出了工艺控制改善措施,进而提高了产品的可靠性和稳定性-图2 ,表1 ,参5-
The manufacture process influences directly dynatron performance and quality.Based on statistical analysis and experimental analysis,the authors discovered the reason of the instability of dynatron parameter and performance,such as abnormal variation of dynatron leak current,and the excursion of amplificatory multiple,saturation voltage,CE reversed breakdown voltage,CB reversed breakdown voltage.To increase the dependability and the stability of products,some measures to improve the dynatron process control were presented.2figs.,1tab.,5refs.
