摘要
主要介绍了甘肃漳县红柱石矿的工艺矿物学研究及浮选工艺研究。结果表明,采用脱泥- 酸性浮选- 强磁选选矿工艺流程可以从漳县红柱石矿中回收红柱石矿物含量为90-25 % 、Al2 O3 含量为56-62 % 、Fe2O3 含量1-46 % 的红柱石精矿,各项指标均已满足工业要求。该流程结构简单,过程稳定,分选过程中没有添加任何有毒药剂。
Study on the mineralogy and the flotation technology of andalusite ore of Zhang county,Gansu province is described in the main.The results have shown that an andalusite concentrate containing 90.25% andalusite,56.62% Al 2O 3 and 1.46% Fe 2O 3 can be obtained by the application of the flowsheet of desliming flotation in acid madium high intensity magnetic separation and the technical performances of the product have met the industrial requirements.The flowsheet is characterised by simple structure,stable operation and no toxic agent addition to the process.
