摘要
以野生扁穗冰草和大庆齐家扁穗冰草的种子为材料,对常温和冰冻两种环境条件下冰草种子的发芽率进行测定,并对两种冰草染色体进行了核型分析。结果表明,冰冻处理可以提高冰草的发芽率,大庆齐家扁穗冰草种子的发芽率高于野生扁穗冰草;野生扁穗冰草的核型组成为2 n=2 X=14=6 sm+8 m,大庆齐家扁穗冰草核型组成为2 n=4 X=28=4 sm+24 m,两种冰草的核型对称性均属于2 A类型,染色体水平上分析大庆齐家扁穗冰草是由野生扁穗冰草中选育出来的一个变种。
Using seeds of wild crested wheatgrass and Daqing qijia crested wheatgrass as materials to determine germination rate in normal and frozen temperature and karyotype analysis.The results showded that low temperature could improve seeds germination rate.The germination rate of Daqing qijia crested wheatgrass were higher than that of wild crested wheatgrass.Karyotype formula of wild crested wheatgrass was 2 n=2 X=14=6 sm+8 m,and that of Daqing qijia crested wheatgrass was 2 n=4 X=28=4 sm+24 m.The karyotypes were 2 A type.Based on the chromosomal characteristics,Daqing qijia crested wheatgrass was a new species from wild crested wheatgrass breeding.
