摘要
采用5种处理方法对6种野生豆科花卉植物进行种子破除硬实性及萌发条件研究,寻找它们在破除种子硬实方法上的共性及其各自最适宜的方法。结果表明:除红三叶外,5种处理方法对破除供试材料种子硬实性均有效,其中以浓硫酸和机械损伤处理效果最显著。引种初试表明:二色胡枝子和白三叶播种当年只进行营养生长,其余4份材料均完成了生育周期。
In order to find out the similarity of breaking the hard seeds and screen the most appropriate method for each kind of plants,5 kinds of treatments were applied to treat seeds of six wild species belonging to Legu-minosae.The results showed that the 5 methods of breaking hard seed were effective to the plants studied,except Trifolium pratense.Friction seed with sand paper and the concentrated sulfuricacid were the most effective way among the 5 methods.The study of introduction showed that Trifolium repens and Lespedeza bicol only finished vegetative growth in that very year,while the other 4 plants all finished growth period.
