制造系统工程本体的跨企业协作资源共享

摘要 针对跨企业协作中制造资源共享问题,提出基于制造系统工程本体的跨企业协作框架。采用语义W eb技术构建制造系统工程本体模型。通过定义本体模型的类、属性和本体语义元数据模型,以及给出基于DL安全规则语义推理算法,把各企业本体映射到此通用本体模型上,实现了制造系统工程本体模型在各企业本体间的媒介作用。以上述研究工作为基础,结合制造系统工程本体模型在某企业联盟的用户定制项目的应用实例,验证了制造系统工程本体模型对跨企业协作中制造资源共享的支持作用。 In order to solve manufacturing resource sharing problem in inter-enterprise collaboration,a framework based on manufacturing system engineering ontology was put forward.The manufacturing system engineering ontology model was constructed by using semantic Web technology.In the model,classes,properties and restrictions were defined.Besides,a reasoning algorithm on DL-safe rules was given.Furthermore,mediation function of the model was embodied among enterprise ontologies by mapping their vocabularies to the model.Finally,the model was applied in customization project of a certain enterprises alliance.Results demonstrate that it is effective for manufacturing system engineering ontology model to support inter-enterprise collaboration manufacturing resource sharing.
