摘要
熔体破裂是挤出成型中遇到的最严重的问题。在树脂中掺入适量的含氟弹性体,是减轻甚至消除熔体破裂的有效措施。PPA2231及FKM-A是较有代表性的两种含氟弹性体。本文介绍了物料制备及实验的方法,利用毛细管流变仪的大量实验结果,详尽分析了这两种含氟弹性体对LLDPE、HDPE及PP这三种聚烯烃树脂挤出性能的效应。并简述了在挤出加工时,含氟弹性体还可降低熔体温度,减小机头压力,提高挤出效率。
Melt breakage is the most serious problem met in the plastics extruding moulding. Blending certain quantity of florine containing elas-tomer additive into resin is an effective measure to lighten or even eliminate
melt breakage.
PPA 2231 and FKM-A are two typical florine containing elastomers.
This paper describes the preparation of these materials and the experiment
method.Based on results of experiment using capillary rheometer, the
effects of these two florine containing elastomers on the extruding pro-
perties of LLDPE, HDPE and PP resins are analysed in detail.
Florine containing elastomer can also decrease the melt temperature
~f the resin and decrease the pressure on the machine head and increase
the extrusion efficiency.
