摘要
本文研究了丙烯酸酯共聚物(ACR)改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)及其填充复合物的配料比和加工条件对冲击强度的影响。探讨这些复合物的形态和凝胶化与性能的关系,可根据凝胶化度控制产品的质量。另外,从流变角度评价了材料的可挤出性。
This paper discussed the influence of the formulating ratio and processing condition of the ACR modified PVC and its filled compound on the impact strength of these polymers. Based on study of relation between the form gelation and properties of these polymers, quality of these polymer products can be controlled by the gelation level. Furthermore, the extrusion property of material was evaluated in the view of theology.
