关于益阳发展竹产业的思考

Thinking about Development of Bamboo Sector in Yiyang City

益阳是湖南乃至全国的重要产竹地区，所辖桃江县是“中国竹子之乡”。改革开放以来，益阳竹业迅速发展壮大，成为整个地方经济的支柱产业。为了加快益阳竹产业的发展，必须大力培育竹类资源，扶植一批竹加工龙头企业，发展一批竹业名牌产品，狠抓毛竹综合利用。

Yiyang is one of impotant bamboo production area in Hunan Province,and even in China,Taojiang County which is under the jurisdiction of Yiyang City is one of 10 China′s bamboo towns. Since the reforming and opening up to the outside,the bamboo sector in Yiyang City has grown very rapidly,and become one of pillar industries to local economy there. In order to speed up development of its bamboo industry,it is very necessary to make much effort in fostering bamboo resources,proping up some backborn enterprises of bamboo processing,exploiting some famous brand products,and paying high attention to integrate utilization of bamboo so as to raise economic benifits of bamboo sector as a whole.
