摘要
在电力系统老化设备日益增多以及对经济性的逐渐重视的背景下,产生了设备检修资源不足与对系统运行可靠性要求不断提高的矛盾。以可靠性为中心的检修(RCM)理念为解决上述矛盾提供了可能,以此为线索,在已有研究成果基础上,给出了解决这一矛盾新的思路和模型。定义了系统风险收益的概念;将设备检修过程分为检修期间及检修完成后等2个阶段,将其对应的系统风险定量化;以二者之和最大为目标,利用过程化思想编程求解,实现了检修的最大化收益。通过算例证明所提出的状态检修新模型的有效性。
With the increasing of equipment degradation and economy importance, the contradiction between the maintenance resoure.es shortage and the demand of system reliability is emerged. The reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) provides the possible solution. Based on the existing research results, a new RCM based maintenance model is proposed. The concept of system risk premium is defined. The maintenance process is divided into two stages, then the corresponding system risk is quantified. The objective of the model is to maximize the summation of system risk premium in both stages. The model can quantitatively analyze the impact of the maintenance to the power system reliability and achieve maximum maintenance benefits. The result shows the effectiveness of the proposed model.
