基于ANSYS的印刷机递纸凸轮机构运动规律优化分析 被引量:5

摘要 凸轮是印刷机中的核心部件。为了改善其承载性能,采用了动力学性能较优的机构,并重新设计了凸轮的运动规律。将重新设计的运动规律与原有的运动规律作比较,得到了凸轮机构运动规律的设计与选择原则。此外,运用有限元分析软件从应力角度分析2种凸轮受力程度的不同,取得的研究结果可作为印刷机凸轮机构的选择依据。 Cam is a core part of a print machine.To improve the machine's loading function,a mechanism with superior dynamic performance has adopted,and redesigned motion law of the cam.Comparing the redesigned motion law to the original one,a design of cam's motion law and selection principle were developed.Moreover,an analysis of two types with difference stress cams were carried out with commercial FEA software.The results are able to be used in optimal selection for cams in print machines.
