术后镇痛管理模式的应用探讨

目的分析以麻醉医师为主体、护士辅助管理的术后镇痛管理模式下的术后镇痛效果,探讨该术后镇痛管理模式的有效性。方法对2009-2010年4895例接受术后镇痛病例采用以麻醉医师为主体、护士辅助管理的术后镇痛管理模式,评价其镇痛效果、患者满意度和并发症发生率。结果术后镇痛包括静脉镇痛(3150例)、硬膜外镇痛(1677例)和持续外周神经镇痛(68例)3种方法,VAS评分分别为(2.3±0.7)分、(1.9±0.5)分和(1.8±2.0)分,总体有效率为98.6%;镇痛效果患者满意度分别为95.71%(3015例)、96.30%(1615例)和95.59%(65例),总体满意度为95.91%;并发症发生率分别为6.51%(205例)、6.38%(107例)和1.47%(1例),总体发生率为6.39%;提前终止镇痛者分别为17例(8.29%)、15例(14.02%)和0例。结论该术后镇痛管理模式下术后镇痛效果确切,患者总体满意度高。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative analgesia and explore the effectiveness of postoperative analgesia management mode in which anesthesiologist is the main body assisted by nurse.Methods The approach of analgesia,treatment effect,patient satisfaction and complications of 4895 cases received postoperative analgesia from 2009 to 2010 were summarized.Results The total effective rate of postoperative analgesia was 98.6%,the total effective rate of patients for satisfaction was 95.9%.Conclusion The postoperative management mode of provides good analgesic effect and the overall satisfaction rate is high.
