北京地区街头自愿无偿献血人群结构分析

Composition analysis of Beijing flow voluntary blood donors

目的掌握北京市街头自愿无偿献血者分布特征和相关影响因素,制定相应策略,为北京地区确定合理有效的献血者招募策略提供依据。方法收集北京市红十字血液中心2003-2007年无偿献血者登记表数据,采用全样本统计描述分析。结果北京地区街头自愿无偿献血人群中,男性是无偿献血流动人群的主力,性别对无偿献血有显著影响。18～30岁的年轻人是无偿献血流动人群的主力,年龄对无偿献血有显著影响。未婚人士是无偿献血流动人群的主力,婚姻状况对无偿献血有显著影响。初中、高中及专科以上人群是无偿献血流动人群的主力,学历对无偿献血无明显影响。学生和商业、服务业人员是无偿献血的主力。讨论无偿献血主力人群在性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历和职业方面都有显著特征。在制定献血招募策略时,应根据不同的目标人群制定不同的招募策略。

Objective To investigate the composition of flow voluntary blood donors in Beijing.Methods The sex,marital status,age,educational level and occupation of flow voluntary blood donors from 2003 to 2007 in Beijing were analyzed.Statistical analysis was done by SPSS 10.0.Results The majority of flow voluntary blood donors in Beijing were student,commercial services personnel and 18～30 years people.Male were more than female with the ratio of 1.7：1.Unmarried person were more than married person with the ratio of 3.1：1.Conclusions The prominent characteristics of flow voluntary blood donors are in sex,age,marital status,school record and professional categories.We should offer different recruit strategy for different potential voluntary blood donors.
