摘要
以总黄酮、Vc含量为指标,考察离心喷雾干燥制备苦荞芽苗粉体的影响因素,并确定了最佳工艺条件:进风温度为170℃,出风温度为80℃,离心雾化器转速为15000r/min,进料速度为70.6mL/min,料液比为1:2。所制得的苦荞芽苗总黄酮含量为22.34mg/g,Vc含量为1.72mg/g。
Using flavonoids and Vc content as indicators,the factors of preparing buckwheat buds powder by centrifugal spray drying was investigated.The optimal process conditions:inlet air temperature was 170 ℃,and at the exit was 80 ℃,the rotating speed of centrifugal atomizer was 15000 r/min,liquid feed rate was 70.6 mL/min,and the ratio of material to water was 1:2.The content of flavonoids was 22.34 mg/g and Vc was 1.72 mg/g.
