摘要
目的:为生产各种食用品、化妆品、医药药品等多糖新产品提供重要原料,研究八角茎多糖的提取条件和含量的测定。方法:采用水提醇析的方法提取了八角茎中多糖,采用硫酸-苯酚法进行了糖含量测定。结果:多糖在484nm有最大吸收峰,求得其回归方程为A=0.1269C-2.07627×10-3,相关系数r=0.9995;平均回收率为91.41%,RSD=0.845%(n=5)。结论:八角茎中多糖含量为2.04%。
Objective:To provide important raw material for all kinds of new polysaccharides used in food products,cosmetic and leechdom etc.Study on the measurement of polysaccharides from Anise stem and the condition of extraction.Methods:Anise stem of polysaccharides was extracted from Xiheri-Dgeda with hotwater-ethanol depositmethod and its content was determined by phenol-sulphuric acidmethod(λ=484 nm).Results:The λmax for the pigment was 484 nm.The regression equation is A=0.1269C-2.07627×10-3 and coefficient of correlation r=0.9995,The average recovery is 91.41%,RSD=0.845%(n=5).Conclution:The content of polysaccharide is 2.04%.
