Study on the optimizing extraction process of South schisandra in Shenqiwuweizi tablet

目的:研究参芪五味子片中南五味子的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以五味子甲素含量和浸膏得率为测定指标,优化参芪五味子片中南五味子的最佳提取工艺。结果:参芪五味子片中南五味子最佳提取工艺是以60%乙醇为溶剂,浸渍24 h后,以药材的10倍量体积进行渗漉,渗漉速度为0.3 mL.min-1。结论:该工艺方法简便易行,适合大规模生产。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of South schisandra in Shenqiwuweizi tablet. METHODS According to the assaying of shiandrin A and total extracts from South schisandra. The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design, the amount of shiandrin A acting as the standard. RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions was adding 10 times amount of 60% alcohol,and dipping after 24 h, then percolation by the rate of 0. 3 mL·min^-1. CONCLUSION The extraction method is simple and is easy for manufacture.
