摘要
论述编目业务外包的具体内容,提出图书馆对编目外包进行质量控制与绩效评价所应遵循的原则,从五个方面建立编目外包评价体系,通过图表及实际案例,阐述了图书馆编目人员对编目业务外包进行质量控制和绩效评价的具体手段。
This paper discusses the specific content of cataloging outsourcing , and puts forward the principle for quality control and perform ance evaluation of cataloging outsourcing to be followed in library, from five aspects to establish outsourcing cataloging evaluation system by the chart and the actual case, the specific means which according to quality control and performance evaluation of cataloging outsourcing by library catalogers is described.
