责任原理在高校图书馆过刊阅览室管理中的妙用

The Application of "Responsibility Principle" in the University Library Reading Room Management

责任原理要求事务管理必须在合理分工的基础上明确规定每个部门和个人必须完成的工作任务和承担的相应责任。针对过刊阅览室管理中的问题,提出过刊按年份责任到人、过刊阅览室卫生以"周"为单位责任到人的管理对策。
