摘要
以安装干式缸套的495柴油机机体为例,对比计算了两种试验载荷加载方式下机体的疲劳寿命分布。结果表明:中隔板处的疲劳寿命分布相同,两种载荷形式对机体中隔板疲劳寿命的影响没有显著的差异;分布载荷加载时,活塞位置对机体上半部分疲劳薄弱部位及其疲劳寿命产生影响。结合仿真结果,对实际试验中加载方式的选择问题进行了讨论。
In cylinder block of Model 495 diesel engine with dry cylinder liner for instance,its fatigue life distributions under two loading forms were calculated and compared.Results show that the fatigue life distributions in bulkhead are hardly affected by different loading forms,but for the distributed load applying form,the piston position affects the fatigue life in upper portion of the cylinder block,the weakest area.In view of simulated results,the choice of load applying form was discussed.
