Treatment of Pickling and Phosphorization Wastewater by Chemical Precipitation/Constructed Rapid Infiltration System

摘要 采用化学沉淀预处理/人工快渗工艺深度处理酸洗磷化废水。运行结果表明:当进水磷酸盐为80~90 mg/L时,出水磷酸盐浓度<0.12 mg/L,去除率达到99.8%以上。出水水质能稳定达到《污水综合排放标准(》GB 8978—1996)的新扩改二级标准。该新工艺具有处理效果好、运行费用低、出水水质稳定等优点,为酸洗磷化废水的工程设计提供了一种新思路。 The combined process of chemical precipitation pretreatment and constructed rapid infiltration system is used for advanced treatment of pickling and phosphorization wastewater. The operation results show that when the influent concentration of phosphate is in the range of 80 to 90 mg/L, the effluent concentration of phosphate is lower than 0.12 mg/L, and the phosphate removal rate is higher than 99.8 %. The effluent quality can fully meet the second class criteria for newly constructed or extensively renovated projects in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996 ). The combined process has advantages of good treatment efficiency, low running cost and steady effluent quality, and it provides a new idea for the engineering design of pickling and phosphorization wastewater.
