摘要
针对某染料废水的特点,采用了微电解/UASB/生物接触氧化为主体的组合处理工艺,处理规模为120 m3/d。工程运行结果表明:当进水COD为5 000~5 500 mg/L时,处理后出水COD<500 mg/L,平均去除率达到90%以上,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准(》GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。
Based on the characteristics of a dye wastewater, the combined process of microelectrolysis, UASB and biological contact oxidation is used, and the treatment capacity is 120 m^3/d. The project operation results show that when the influent COD is 5 000 to 5 500 mg/L, the effluent COD is less than 500 mg/L after treatment, and the average removal rate is more than 90%. The effluent quality meets the third level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
