生活垃圾填埋场防渗浆材配制与成墙工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研制出一种低渗透系数并对污染物有一定吸附阻滞作用的浆材,用于城市生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液防渗工程,通过正交试验优选出了以膨润土为主的浆材配方:膨润土20%~30%,水泥15%~25%,粉煤灰20%~25%,纯碱1.0%~1.4%,稀释剂FCLS加量0.35%~0.75%,余之为水.该浆材结石率〉99.6%,固结体28d渗透系数〈0.8×10^-7cm·s^-1。,无侧限抗压强度〈2.0MPa,浆材固结体对CODcr、BOD5、铵态氮和磷的吸附阻滞率达到了82%以上,对Hg、Pb等重金属离子阻滞率在99%以上.所研制的振动水力喷射成槽造墙工艺方法将垂直振动与水力喷射成槽、泵吸反循环排渣、槽内注浆造墙等技术方法组合起来使用,可大幅度提高防渗墙施工效率,其工程应用前景广阔. In order to develop one kind of slurry with low permeability coefficient and certain ad- sorption and able to block pollutants in leachate, which is used in anti-seepage engineering of leachate from domestic landfill site, through orthogonal experiment, an optimal formula of the slurry with a bentonite base is selected. They are: bentonite (20-30%), cement (15%-25%), fly ash (20%-25%), Na2CO3(1.0-1. 4%), diluent FCLS (0.35%-0.75%) and water. This slurry has a concretion stone ratio of greater than 99.6%, concretion body of 28 day, coefficient of permeability less than 0.8 × 10 7cm · s^- 1 and com-pressive strength less than 2. 0 MPa. The slurry concretion body has adsorption rates more than 82% for CODcr, BODs, NH4-N and phosphorus, and block rate more than 99% for Hg, Pb and other heavy metal ions. The technology to make a diaphragm wall by vibration and hydraulic jet can greatly improve the efficiency of wall construction, which has integrated together many techniques and methods, such as digging slot by vertical vibration and hydraulic jet, deslagging by pump, and making wall by grouting in slot, and so on. The technology has wide application prospect.
