钼对棉花养分叶绿素含量及光合生理特性影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】为棉花钼肥施用技术的开展提供可行依据。【方法】选择中棉49号为试验材料,进行不同施钼浓度(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1%)6个梯度三次重复的水培试验。在棉花苗期、蕾期和初花期3个生育阶段进行光合特性测定,每10 d对棉花株高、叶片数、SPAD值和净光合速率等光合生理指标进行测定,同时采集整株棉花样品测定干重、全量氮磷及钼含量。【结果】施钼肥对棉花氮磷养分吸收呈负相关性,施钼浓度在0.6%~0.8%时,对棉花生长、叶绿素含量影响较大,光合作用在施钼浓度为0.8%和1.0%时达到了极显著水平。【结论】钼肥对棉花氮磷吸收、叶绿素含量和光合作用有一定的影响。 【Objective】The study hopes to provide practical basis for the extension of the nutrient molybdeum technology.【Method】No.49 cotton was selected as the experimental material.Water culture experiment was conducted by repeating using the molybdenum concentration gradient 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1% three times.In the 4 growth stages which include the cotton seedling,bud stage,flowering and early flowering stage,photosynthesis is measured.Growing physiology,such as cotton plant height,leaf number,SPAD value and the net photosynthetic rate,were measured every 10 days,meanwhile the cotton samples were collected for determination of dry weight,and for total volume potassium and molybdenum content.【Result】The molybdenum fertilizer on cotton NP nutrient absorption correlation was not significant.When Mo concentration is between 0.6% to 0.8%,it has greater impact on cotton growth and chlorophyll content,and photosynthesis in the molybdenum concentration is between 0.8% and 1.0%,it reaches a very significant level.【Conclusion】To a certain extent,the molybdenum fertilizer affect nitrogen absorption,phosphorus absorption,chlorophyll content and photosynthesis of cotton.
