镀银多元合金浸锌工艺研究与应用

摘要 在高压电器产品中,为保证产品有良好的导电性能,其核心零件经常采用铝及铝合金镀银处理,但是此类零部件在镀银前需进行前期处理,还要进行特殊中间处理。该项目采用的中间处理工艺属浸锌工艺,是对普通浸锌工艺优化,采用降低主要成分的浓度来降低溶液的粘度,同时添加各种金属离子(如镍、铅、铜),使金属离子与锌离子共沉积,改变电极电位,改善锌与基体的结合力。结果显示通过改进普通浸锌工艺的溶液配方,避免了外购价值太高的浸锌溶液,而且可提高镀银合格率,降低生产成本。 In high voltage electrical products, in order to ensure the products have good electric conductivity, its core components normally use aluminum and aluminum alloy silver-plated processing, but such parts must carry on a pretreatment before the silver-plated, aluminum and aluminum alloy parts need to conduct live-treatment, as well as special middle treatment. In this program, the middle treatment process belongs to zinc-dipping process, and is optimized for ordinary zinc-dipping process. Through reduction of thickness of main ingredient to reduce viscosity and adding several kinds of metal ions (for example nickel, lead and copper), metal ions and zinc ions shall deposit together to change potential of electrodes and to improve binding force between zinc and base body. The results show that, through improvement of the solution formula of ordinary zinc-dipping process, avoid expensive outsourcing price of zinc-dipping solution, improve qualified rate and reduce production cost.
