摘要
目的提取、分离并鉴定新疆产蔷薇红景天根茎中乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过化学反应和光谱分析方法(MS、1HNMR、13CNMR及二维核磁共振谱等)进行结构鉴定。结果从蔷薇红景天根茎中分离得到了5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为酪醇、山柰酚、大花红景天素、β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷。结论大花红景天素是从蔷薇红景天中首次分离得到的化合物。
OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the chemical constituents of EtOAc extraction from the roots of Rhodiola rosea L.in Xinjiang.METHODS The column chromatography including silica gel was used to separate consituents.The structure were elucidated by chemical reactions and MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,and 2D-NMR spectral data.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as tyrosol,kaempferol,crenulatin,β-sitosteroland and daucosterol.CONCLUSION Crenulatin was isolated from Rhodiola rosea L.in Xinjiang for the first time.
