野山杏果肉的保肝作用及其对高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨野山杏果肉(FWA)的保肝作用和对高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响。方法选用♂昆明种小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、血脂康阳性对照组以及FWA高、中、低剂量组,ig脂肪乳剂4周,建立小鼠高脂血症模型,同时ig 0.1 g.kg-1.d-1血脂康和FWA(0.2、0.3、0.4 g.kg-1.d-1)。4周后,所有小鼠空腹过夜后称重、麻醉、取材,测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,并计算肝脏指数、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量和动脉硬化指数(AI),并采用组织学方法观察肝脏组织的病理学变化,评价FWA对高脂血症小鼠肝脏的保护作用。结果 FWA能显著降低高脂血症小鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、AI(P<0.01),并可显著升高HDL-C的含量(P<0.01),显著降低高脂血症小鼠的肝脏指数(P<0.01),FWA高剂量组的作用显著(P<0.01)。通过组织形态学观察发现:FWA对高脂血症小鼠的肝脏保护作用较好,能减轻肝组织的脂肪变性程度。结论 FWA能降低高脂血症小鼠的血脂水平,在一定程度上预防和治疗脂肪肝,并呈现剂量依赖性。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of flesh of wild apricot(FWA) on blood lipid and its liver-activity protecting and anti-artherosclerosis in hyperlipidemia mice.METHODS The hyperlipidemia model was established by orally feeding emulsion by gavage for 4 weeks in mice.Concomitantly,the experimental mice were treated with FWA of 0.2,0.3,0.4 g·kg-1 per day respectively and Xuezhikang of 0.1 g·kg-1 per day.All of the mice were sacrificed after weighing,anesthetizing and then the materials were collected.The serum contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) were measured.Meanwhile,the liver index,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and atherosclerotic index(AI) were calculated as well.Pathological changes in liver were studied with the method of histology in order to observe whether FWA could protect liver of mice with hyperlipidemia.RESULTS FWA could significantly decrease the liver index(P0.01)and the serum contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and AI(P0.01).The serum content of HDL-C was significantly higher in FWA groups(especially in the high dose group,P0.01) than that in the model group(P0.01).Importantly,the histological evaluation of liver specimens demonstrated that the extent of steatosis in liver of FWA-treated groups was reduced.CONCLUSION FWA indeed could reduce the blood lipid in hyperlipidemia mice.To some extent,FWA could also prevent liver from steatosisin hyperlipidemia mice.Moreover,our data have revealed that FWA had potential effect on anti-artherosclerosis.In addition,the efficacy of FWA showed a certain relationship with dosage.
