摘要
目的研究氟尿嘧啶炭纳米粒新型制剂在大鼠肝脏中的分布。方法大鼠分别ip给予炭纳米-5-Fu注射液与5-Fu注射剂,剂量均为20 mg.kg-1;采用RP-HPLC法测定给药后大鼠肝组织中5-Fu的浓度。结果两种注射液给药后,炭纳米组大鼠的肝药浓度达峰时间晚于普通组,峰浓度高于普通组。结论氟尿嘧啶炭纳米注射液能使药物在肝组织中浓集,具有一定的肝靶向性及缓释作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the liver distribution of a new dosage from of fluorouracil(carbo-nanoparticles)in rats.METHODS 5-Fu carbo-nanoparticles injection and normal agent were seperately administered at the dose of 20 mg·kg-1 intraperitoneal injection in rats.RP-HPLC was used to determine the 5-Fu concentration in rats liver after injection.RESULTS After administration of the two injections,the peak time of carbo-particles-5-Fu group is later than the normal group in liver,but the peak concentration is higher.CONCLUSION The carbo-particles-5-Fu injection can accumulate the drug in liver and has the function of liver targeting and sustained-release.It may enhance the therapatic effect of liver cancer.
