摘要
目的测定黄芪颗粒中黄芪甲苷和总皂苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定黄芪甲苷的含量,采用比色法测定总皂苷的含量。结果黄芪甲苷0.5~10μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=4.1%(n=9);总皂苷测定以黄芪甲苷为对照,0.1~1.0 mg与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=3.1%(n=9)。结论黄芪甲苷和总皂苷的含量测定方法准确、重复性好、结果可靠,可作为黄芪颗粒的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ and total saponins in Astragalus granules.METHODS The contents of astragaloside Ⅳ were determined by HPLC,and contents of total saponins were determined by colorimetry.RESULTS The method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ was linear at a range of 0.5-10 μg(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 4.1%(n=9).The determination of total saponins was performed with astragaloside serving as standard.The method for determination of total saponins was linear at a range of 0.1-1.0 mg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.4% and RSD was 3.1%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ and total saponins were accurate,reproducible,reliable,and can be used as the quality control of Huangqi granule.
