中空纤维膜滤法对大红袍妇炎宁胶囊水提液除杂工艺的研究

The technology of removing impurities from water extract ant of Dahongpao Fuyanning capsules by hollow fiber membrane

目的研究大红袍妇炎宁胶囊水提液的除杂工艺,以提高产品质量和稳定性。方法以出膏率及丹酚酸B和芍药苷的含量为考察指标,优选中空纤维膜滤法的水提液除杂工艺条件;以样品的色泽、吸湿率和指标性成份含量等指标与传统的醇沉法比较。结果采用中空纤维膜滤法所得样品的各项指标优于醇沉法。结论中空纤维膜滤除杂工艺合理可行,可用于大红袍妇炎宁胶囊的除杂工艺。

OBJECTIVE To study the technology of removing impurities from water extract ant of Dahongpao Fuyanning capsules.METHODS We optimized the conditions of removing impurities from water extract ant by hollow fiber membrane according to the rate of paste extraction and the quantity of salvianolic acid B and paeoniflorin.In addition this method was compared with the traditional ethanol precipitation method in sample color,hygroscopic rate and the quantity of indexity ingredients.RESULTS The index of samples by hollow fiber membrane is better.CONCLUSION The technology of removing impurities by hollow fiber membrane was reasonable,workable.It can be used for technology of removing impurities of Dahongpao Fuyanning capsules.
