摘要
在相关研究基础上,分析了影响创新型企业成长的内部因素,进行了影响因素理论模型的构建和影响因素变量指标体系的设计、问卷调查及统计分析,实证检验了企业家创新观念、人才引进与培养、合理的科技人员创新激励方式度以及创新型文化氛围对创新型企业成长绩效具有显著的推动效应,从而为相关企业和政府部门提出推动创新型企业成长的相关对策提供了参考。
Based on the literature reviews, this paper analyzed the internal factors influencing the development of the innovative enterprises. By constructing a research model of the influencing factors and designing an indicator system, the authors conducted a quantitative research. The results of the hypotheses testing indicated that the entrepreneurs' innovation intention, the effect of the Brain Gain program, the reasonable incentive mechanism to technical staffs and innovation - oriented culture were significantly and positively correlated to the development of the innovative enterprises. The conclusions of this research help the government functional departments and the relevant enterprises on advancing the development of the innovative enterprises.
