摘要
针对常规封隔器在大斜度井上应用存在密封效果差及反洗井后活塞关闭不严等问题,研制了大斜度井Y341可洗井高效注水封隔器。该封隔器胶筒肩部设计了防突机构,可限制胶筒朝油套环空"突出"或"流动";反洗关闭胶座采用钢丝簧和橡胶硫化结构,具有反洗井单向打开功能。室内和现场试验表明,该封隔器密封和反洗井性能可靠,达到设计要求,可满足密封压差30 MPa、井斜小于40°的分层注水要求,最长密封有效期超过700 d。该高效注水封隔器为大斜度井和深井精细分层注水提供了技术支撑。
In light of the problems such as poor sealing effect and unreliable backwashing of conventional packer in highly deviated wells, the Y341 high-efficiency water injection packer capable of well flushing was developed. The protrusion prevention mechanism was designed for the rubber shoulder of the packer. It could prevent the rubber from 'protruding' or 'flowing' toward the tubing-casing annulus. The backwashing closure rubber base adopted a structure of wire spring and rubber sulfide and it had the function of one-way opening in backwashing. The laboratory and field experiments showed that the sealing and backwashing performance of the packer was reliable, reaching the design requirement. It satisfied the separate layer water injection requirement with the sealing pressure differential being 30 MPa and the hole deviation being 40°. The sealing period of validity was beyond 700 days. The packer provides the technological support for the precise separate layer water injection in highly deviated wells and deep wells.
