The development of Model HST360 fracturing blender semi-trailer

为了适应国内外混砂车的发展趋势,研发了HST360型混砂半挂车。该车排量可达19.9 m3/min,采用半挂车装载方式,主要由半挂车底盘、2台发动机、2台分动箱、液压系统、气路系统、混砂系统、管汇系统、液体和干粉添加系统、仪表控制系统及其他附件组成,可满足油田大型压裂设备的群组作业要求,其控制系统采用全自动闭环控制和恒压稳流方式,具有集中监控、数据储存和曲线绘制等功能。辽河油田的现场应用表明,该车通过与压裂车等设备的联机工作,圆满完成了压裂任务,完全满足实际施工要求。

To keep pace with the development trend of domestic and foreign research on fracturing blender truck, Model HST360 fracturing blender semi-trailer was developed. The displacement of the trailer could reach 19.9 m3/min. It mainly consisted of semi-trailer chassis, two motors, two transfer cases, hydraulic system, gas path system, sand mixing system, liquid and dry powder adding system, instrument control system and other accessories. It could meet the need of group operation of large-size fracturing equipment in oilfields. The control system adopted fully automatic closed-loop control and constant pressure and steady flow mode, achieving the functions of centralized monitoring, data storage and curve drawing. The field application in Liaohe Oilfield showed that the combined operation of the trailer and the fracturing truck completed the fracturing task very well and completely satisfied the practical operating requirement.
