摘要
由于普通游梁式抽油机存在"大马拉小车"的缺点,致使所配备电动机的平均效率和平均功率因数都远低于其额定效率和额定功率因数,造成巨大的资源浪费。为解决以上问题,研制了两级配重补偿型游梁式抽油机。该抽油机在现有一级补偿的基础上,采用附加第2级偏心配重的方法进行再次补偿,使抽油机配用电动机的额定功率降低20%以上,工作效率提高10%以上,平均功率因数提高10%以上。两级配重补偿型游梁式抽油机能够节能降耗、降低生产成本,具有很好的推广应用前景。
Due to the weakness of 'a big horse dragging a small cart' of ordinary beam pumping units, the average efficiency and power factors of the equipped motor are far less than the rated efficiency and power factors, resulting in the waste of resources. To solve the problem the two-stage balance weight compensation beam pumping unit was developed. On the basis of the current one-stage compensation, the unit adopted the added second-stage eccentric balance weight method to make another compensation, reducing the rated power of the motor matching with the unit by over 20%, improving the operating efficiency by over 10% and the average power factor by over 10%. The two-stage balance weight compensation beam pumping unit can save energy and reduce consumption and production costs. It has bright prospects of spread and application.
