赤雹根总皂苷对实验性佐剂型关节炎镇痛作用的研究

Analgesic Effect of the Total Saponins of the Thladiantha Dubia Roots on the Experimental Adjuvant Arthritis

目的:观察赤雹根总皂苷对实验性佐剂型关节炎的镇痛作用。方法:采用弗氏完全佐剂(FCA)制备大鼠实验性佐剂型关节炎疼痛模型,分别给予赤雹根总皂苷(160、80、40mg.kg-1),以及雷公藤12mg.kg-1阳性对照药治疗,以关节炎指数、痛阈和疼痛级别为指标,评价其对实验性佐剂型关节炎的镇痛作用。结果:赤雹根总皂苷各剂量均能明显降低大鼠实验性佐剂型关节炎的关节炎指数,提高其痛阈,降低其疼痛级别。结论:赤雹根总皂苷对实验性佐剂型关节炎具有显著的镇痛作用。

Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of the total saponins of the Thladiantha Dubia roots on the experimental Adjuvant arthritis（AA）.Methods：Freund’s Complete Adjuvant was used to produce the experimental Adjuvant arthritis in rats,and then rats with AA were treated by the total saponins of the Thladiantha Dubia roots of different doses（160、80、40mg·kg-1） and reference substance（Tripterygium Glycosides）.To evaluate the arthritic index,the pain threshold and the pain level.Results：The total saponins of the Thladiantha Dubia roots could obviously depressed the arthritic index,elevated the pain thraeshold and depressed the pain level.Conclusion：The total saponins of the Thladiantha Dubia roots has marked analgesic effect on the experimental Adjuvant arthritis.
