易风化破碎岩体巷道机械化高效支护技术研究 被引量:4

Research on high efficient mechanical support method for weak layered clastic rock mass

摘要 锦丰金矿工程地质条件复杂,矿岩破碎,易发生垮塌、遇水泥和化风化现象,巷道支护是该矿关键技术难题。针对上述问题,该矿研发了我国黄金矿山首套基于湿喷混凝土台车为核心的湿喷支护新工艺,研制了机械化安装专用树脂锚杆及配套工具。现场工程实践表明:采用湿喷混凝土及机械化树脂锚杆支护技术,实现了对该矿易风化破碎岩体巷道的支护。湿喷混凝土直接成本与干喷混凝土相似,但湿喷混凝土平均强度比干喷混凝高45%~85%;湿喷混凝土+树脂锚杆支护替代了传统的钢网+管缝锚杆支护,巷道支护时间由原来的106min/m缩短为55min/m,综合支护成本降低30%。 The engineering geological conditions are complicated in Jinfeng gold mine,the weak layered clastic rock mass is easy to weather and apt to collapse,weather and slime with water,drift support is a key problem for this mine.According to this problem,the first wet shotcrete technology using Spraymec Chasbeen developed in China golden mine,resin bolt and installation process suiting for mechanized installation by jumbo is researched.The practices show that wet shotcrete and resin bolt have achieved effective support for drives of poor ground;direct cost of wet shotcrete and that of dry shotcrete are nearly the same,however the average strength of wet shotcrete is 45%-85% higher than that of dry shotcrete of the same materials;mesh+split sets can be replaced by wet shotcrete+resin bolt with the support time for every cut is reduced frome 106 min/m to 55 min/m,and overall support cost reduced by 30%.
