摘要
通过培育试验,研究在70%田间持水量条件下,不同紫云英翻压量对土壤酶活性及微生物生物量碳、氮含量的影响。结果表明:不同紫云英翻压量总体提高了土壤酶活性。紫云英低翻压量(47g/盆)土壤中过氧化氢酶活性最强,而磷酸酶、转化酶最高值均出现在中翻压量(94g/盆)土壤中,高翻压量(141g/盆)土壤脲酶活性最强。翻压紫云英总体提高了土壤微生物生物量碳、氮量,且均在腐解20d达到峰值,但增加翻压量对微生物生物量碳影响不显著,紫云英高翻压量有助于前期土壤微生物量氮提高,低翻压量则对后期提高土壤微生物量氮效果更好。相关分析表明,土壤微生物生物量碳、氮量均值呈极显著正相关。
The study was focused on the effect of Astragalus sinicus manure application on soil enzyme activities and level of microbial biomass C and N by pot experiment The results indicated that: Astragalus sin&us manure application could improve soil enzyme activities. Catalase activity reached the peak with an amount of 47 g/basin of Astragalus sinicus manure application, while that was 94 g/basin for phosphates and invertase and 141 g/basin for urease. While Astragalus sinicus manure application increased the level of microbial biomass C and N, which reached the peak on the 20 th day of decaying, the effect of increased Astragalus sinicus manure application on microbial biomass C was not distinctive. A high amount of Astragalus sinicus manure application helped the increase of microbial biomass N in early period, and a low amount of that helped in late period. Related analysis showed that microbial biomass C and microbial biomass N might be obvious proportionate to each other.
