单纯左室或双室起搏治疗完全性左束支传导阻滞的心力衰竭 被引量:4

摘要 目前已证实对伴完全性左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)的心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者,心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)是药物治疗基础上的最佳方法。有试验表明单纯左室起搏和双室起搏改善血流动力学的结果是基本等同的,两种方法对伴LBBB的心衰患者的长期获益基本相同,除改善心功能外,两组在降低室性心律失常、再住院人数及死亡事件方面均无差异。对心衰伴LBBB无能力承担CRT治疗的患者,可给予单纯左室起搏治疗。
