Optimization Design for 1×128 m across the Highway up Arch Supports

江宁特大桥位于南京市江宁区江宁镇,在DK021+729处采用1×128 m提篮拱上跨宁马高速公路,高速公路车流量多,为保证现浇梁施工时不中断交通,采用贝雷梁及钢管支墩支架方案。对该支架方案进行设计,通过结构受力检算,得出所采用支架结构合理,并节约了工程成本。

Ningma expressway characterized by heavy traffic goes over the up arch of Jiangning Super Bridge is located in Nanjing at DK021＋729.To avoid traffic disturbance,the plan of Beilei beam and steel pipe stents is adopted.The structure stress evaluation shows that the stents are reasonable and can reduce the cost.
