结合海南东环铁路项目基地与现场钢轨闪光焊接实例,介绍闪光焊接的施工工艺和参数确定。分析不合格焊接接头原因和现场、基地闪光焊两者的区别。总结闪光焊焊接技术和质量控制,提高钢轨闪光焊接合格率。
Based on the rail welding of Hainan east ring railway project AND welded rail base for example,The article Introduced the construction technology and parameter determination of flash welding and analyzed the causes of unqualified welding joint and the difference between site and base flash welding.The technology and quality control of flash welding welding are summarized so as to improve the qualified rate of rail flash welding.
