自制肿瘤标志物复合质控血清稳定性的研究

Study on stability of self-made quality control serum for examination of tumor markers in clinical laboratory.

目的研制一种临床检测中可用于化学发光法检测质量控制的肿瘤标志物复合质控血清。方法从2007～2009年,对液性质控物血清原料的准备、制备、一般性状、和稳定性进行探讨和研究,并与美国伯-乐质控品进行比较。结果经3年验证,用日常检测血清作原料、乙烯乙二醇(EG)作稳定剂制备高低两水平的液性质控物,性质较稳定,重复性好。结论自制肿瘤标志物质控血清的时间稳定性良好,且取材于日常检测标本,成本低,稳定剂价格低廉,适合广大的基层医院使用。

Objective To explore and prepare quality control serum for clinical examination of tumor markers with chemiluminescence method.Methods The general characters and stability of preparation of serum material for quality control during 2007 to 2009 were explored and studied.Results During testing for 3 years,the application of daily used serum as raw material and ethylene glycol as stabilizer in preparation of high and low two levels of quality control substance with fluid nature;the nature of liquid material is stable and reproducible.Conclusion From the current results,the nature of self-made quality control serum for tumor markers is stable,it is based on daily testing specimens;and the stabilizer is easy to buy with low price,so it is suitable for application in majority of basal hospitals.
