摘要
目的评价磁共振成像(MRI)技术综合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法随机选择32例怀疑乳腺癌的患者在抑脂条件下观察病灶形态学特征及动态增强血流动力学变化,制作时间-信号强度曲线。结果在抑脂条件清晰显示下,乳腺癌具有:①恶性肿瘤形态学特征;②强化多呈早期环形强化并逐渐向内填充;③时间-信号强度曲线多呈流出型。结论 MRI技术综合应用对乳腺癌诊断及预后判断具有较高价值。
Objective To study the significance of comprehensive application of MRI technique for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.Methods Thirty two cases with onset of symptoms suggested the diagnosis of breast cancer were randomly selected for this study,morphological features and hemodynamic changes in dynamic enhance of lesions were observed under fat-suppression condition,and time signal intensity curves were acquired.Results Under fat-suppression condition,multiple characteristics of breast cancer were distinctly demonstrated as follows: 1.morphological characteristics of malignant tumor,2.enhanced scanning with annular enhancement and gradually filling inside,3.time signal intensity curve was mainly displayed as an instance of effusion.Conclusion Comprehensive application of MRI technique is valuable in diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
