利普刀加消炎止带汤治疗中重度宫颈糜烂疗效观察

LEEP Treatment with anti-inflammatory only severe Cervical Erosion

目的观察利普刀加消炎止带汤治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法将128例中重度子宫糜烂患者随机分为观察组66例、对照组62例。观察组采用利普刀治疗后,口服止带汤1付/d,服用10 d;对照组只采用利普刀治疗。结果两组患者的疗效比较,观察组明显好于对照组,观察组阴道排液,发生出血及感染明显低于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,两组术中出血、术后阴道排液时间、术后出血多于月经、术后宫颈修复情况及复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利普刀加消炎止带汤治疗中重度宫颈糜烂出血量少、出血和愈合时间短,值得临床推广。

Objective Analysis with Lipp knife treatment of anti-inflammatory and severe cervical erosion.Methods The 128 patients with moderate to severe erosion of the uterus were randomly divided into two groups,observation group 66 cases,control group 62 cases,with Lipp knife treatment observation group,the oral stop payment with soup every day,ten days.The control group using only Lipp knife.Results Vaginal discharge,bleeding and infection of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,healing time shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant all（P 0.05）.Conclusion Lipp Knife Treatment with anti-inflammatory only in less severe bleeding cervical erosion,bleeding and healing time is short and is worthy of promotion.
