摘要
20世纪80年代后,日本高等教育界从英美等国引入"大学教师发展"(FD)的观念,进行了一系列相关调查,为大学教师发展工作的开展奠定了研究基础。国立大学法人化进程和《大学设置基准》修订等成为推动日本大学教师发展制度化的政策诱因,日本大学开始建立起与本土和本校环境相适应的大学教师发展模式。本文重点介绍了京都大学等校大学教师发展活动的理念和实践,并指陈出目前仍然存在的一些困难和问题。
In the 1980s,the concept of Faculty Development(FD) was introduced from UK and America to Japanese academic community.A series of related surveys has been conducted,which has laid research foundation for carrying out faculty development activities.The process of national university corporation and the revision of University Establishment Standards have become the policy incentives to promote the institutionalization of Faculty Development in Japan.The Japanese universities begin to set up Faculty Development models that adapt to both the local environment and the institutional needs.This thesis focuses on the introduction of the idea and practice of Faculty Development in universities such as Kyoto University,and also will point out some difficulties and problems at present.
