摘要
就我国国有企业激励与约束机制中存在的问题、产生的原因进行了分析，提出了解决这些问题的具体设想．
Both the problems and their causes of the excitation and restriction mechanism in state owned enterprises are analysed. Some practical solutions to these problems are put forward.
