低压系统接地故障保护

摘要 简述低压配电系统通常所包括的系统接地与保护接地的作用;分析我国工业与民用低压配电系统中普遍采用的TT与TN系统可能存在的接地故障;详细阐述了低压系统接地故障保护的两种手段。并就等电位联结与漏电保护器在我国低压配电系统接地故障保护的应用中普遍存在的问题,根据IEC及发达国家标准,给出行之有效的解决方法。由于我国低压系统接地规范与IEC标准没有完全接轨。 The grounding low-voltage distribution system is of vital importance to the personal safty and property safty of user as well as the normal use of the electric and electronic equipments.The purpose of system grounding and protective grounding which usually belong to low voltage distribution system is briefly discussed.The possible grounding troubles of TT&TN system which are ordinarily used in our industrial and civil low voltage distribution system are analysed,and the minute description of the two kind of methods of grounding trouble protection for low-voltage system is given.To counter the ordinary problems of the application of equipotential coupling and leakage protector in grounding trouble protection of our national low voltage distribution system,the effective measures are suggested on the basis of the standards of IEC and the developed countries.Because the standard of our national low voltage system grounding is not totally joined with the IEC standard,the different opinions on some practices of grounding trouble protection are proposed.
