摘要
本文介绍了一种可以在较高烟温和酸性环境下工作的新型耐腐蚀塑料空气预热器,通过实验确定了烟气在换热器内单相换热和冷凝换热的实验关联式,对烟气冷凝换热与单相换热进行了比较,提出了传热分析方法,为该换热器在工程中的应用提供了一定的理论依据.
A new kind of pre-heating air PTFE plastic heat exchanger, which can work well in the high temperature and corrosive environment, is introduced in the topic. The single phase and condensation heat transfer experimental functions of gas exhausted from boiler are determined here. A method of heat transfer analysis is put forward on the basis of comparison between two experimental functions. It can provide the scientilic basis for the practice in engmeermg.
