摘要
目的观察保乳手术后放疗治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法回顾性分析42例行乳腺癌保乳术后放疗患者临床资料,随访其远处转移及局部复发,并评估放疗反应。结果 42例患者经5年的随访发现1,例局部复发,无远处转移病例,其余患者均健在,无严重放疗反应症状,双乳对称,外形美观。结论保乳手术后放疗治疗早期乳腺癌可获得良好的治疗疗效,不良反应轻,明显提高患者的生存质量,应成为治疗早期乳腺癌的重要方法之一。
Objective To oberve the efficacy and adverse reactions of radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 42 breast conserving surgery radiotherapy routine clinical data,follow-up of its distant metastasis and local recurrence,and to assess the radiation response.Results 42 patients after 5 years of follow-up found one case of local recurrence,distant metastasis,and the remaining patients were alive with no symptoms of severe radiation reaction,breasts symmetrical appearance.Conclusions Radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery in early breast cancer receive good treatment efficacy,side effect light,significantly improved the quality of life of patients,and should become an important method for the treatment of early breast cancer.
