摘要
目的了解铜绿假单胞菌感染分布及耐药情况,为临床医师治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染提供参考。方法常规方法进行细菌培养,采用美国Dade MicroScan公司生产的AutoSCAN4半自动鉴定仪及配套的生化反应药敏板进行鉴定,药敏试验方法采用Mic法。结果铜绿假单胞菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南耐药率较低,耐药率分别是9.74%、17.52%,其次是头孢他啶、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、替卡西林/克拉维酸,耐药率分别是31.17%、32.85%、33.45%、33.79%、34.07%、38.84%,其余抗菌药物耐药率都>40%。结论铜绿假单胞菌是引起医院感染的主要非发酵革兰阴性杆菌,治疗上应根据药敏结果选用抗菌药物,并结合其耐药特点应用具有协同作用的不同类型抗菌药物。
Objective To understand the drug resistance and infectious distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and guide drug treatment in clinic.Methods Routine method was used to isolate and identify,pathogens were identified by AutoSCAN4(Dade Microscan,USA) and identified tests.The Mic susceptibility test was used as drug resistance test.Results Meropenem and imipenem show less resistance rates,whose resistance rates were 9.74%,17.52%,followed by,ceftazidime,piperacillin/tazobactam,amikacin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,ticarcillin/k clavulanate,whose resistance rates were 31.17%,32.85%,33.45%,33.79%,34.07%,38.84%,respectively.The other antibiotics resistance rates were higher than 40%.Conclusions Pseudomonas aeruginosea are important nonfermenters Gram-negative baclli causing nosocomial infection,It is suggested that antibiotics be used under the guidance of antibiotics susceotibility testing.Different kinds of antibiotics with synergies can be combined to use according to the resistant mechanism of the bacteria.
