鼻内镜下低温等离子热凝治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效观察

Clinical observation of treating intractable-epistaxis by using hypothermy plasma and endoscope

目的探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子热凝治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床应用。方法对河南大学淮河医院2008年10月至2010年10月在门诊及住院治疗的64例顽固性鼻出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 64例经过治疗随访3个月1,次治愈58例(90.6%),2次治愈5例(7.8%),3次治愈1例(1.6%)。结论鼻内镜技术对探查鼻腔深部及隐蔽部位的出血和等离子对出血部位热凝处理具有迅速、安全、准确止血,疗效可靠。避免盲目填塞造成二次损伤,具有较好的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To investigate clinical application of treating the intractable-epistaxis by using hypothermy plasma and endoscope.Methods The management for 64 intractable-epistaxis cases of outpatient and inpatient from October 2008 to October 2010 were restropectively analyzed.Results All patients were treated by using hypothermy plasma and nasal endoscope.There were no complications during a followed up for 3 months after management.Among 64 cases,58 cases（90.6%） were cured by one treatment,5 cases（7.8%） by twice and 1 case（1.6%） by thrice.Conclusions The nasal endoscope can be used to check and locate the bleeding point correctly for the deep concealed part.Management by hypothermy plasma is accurate,safe and prompt to treat epistaxis.The patients avoid the new harm by the blind use of nasal pacting.This method achieves a good clinical value and is worth generalizing.
