商丘市睢阳区2005-2009年疑似预防接种异常反应分析

Analysis on adverse events following immunization in suiyang district of Shangqiu city(2005-2009)

目的分析商丘市睢阳区预防接种疑似异常反应报告发生情况,提出预防对策。方法对商丘市睢阳区2005-2009年报告的疑似预防接种反应资料进行分析。结果商丘市睢阳区2005-2009年共报告发生AEFI32例,其中一般反应占71.9%,异常反应、偶合反应、心因性反应分别占9.4%。报告疑似预防接种异常反应最多的疫苗是百白破疫苗,占50%,报告AEFI发生率最高的是口服轮状病毒疫苗,发生率为18.23/10万。结论出台补偿标准,完善监测系统,规范操作,配备足够人员,做好培训,进一步提高预防接种质量。

Objective To analyze the situation of adverse events following immunization（AEFI） in Suiyang District in order to provide the prevention measures.Methods To analyze the material about AEFI in Suiyang District reported from 2005 to 2009.Results Totally 132 AEFI cases were reported during a 5-year period.The general reactions accounted for 71.9%,paradoxiceI reactions,coincidentaI reactions and psychological reactions accounted for 9.4% averagely.Among these AEFI cases,50% cases were induced by DPT vaccine,and the highest reaction rate was 18.23 per 100,000 induced by oral rotavirus vaccine.Conclusions It＇s essential to promulgate compensation standard,perfect the surveillance system and the standard operation,provide enough staff and training and to further improve the quality of immunization.
