法舒地尔与尼莫地平治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨盐酸法舒地尔对蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的治疗效果。方法将60例蛛网膜下腔出血患者随机分成两组,均先行常规治疗,对照组30例给予尼莫地平注射液治疗;治疗组30例给予盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗。两组均以疗效标准判断疗效并测定两组治疗前后得分和经颅多普勒超声比较。结果治疗组通过盐酸法舒地尔治疗后,对蛛网膜下腔出血后脑出血痉挛有积极疗效,与对照组相比,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论盐酸法舒地尔是一种有效性高的新型抗脑血管痉挛药物。
